간호철학

I always have a passion for surgical nursing, and it has been developing through in my nursing career.

저는 항상 외과병동간호사로써의 열정을 가지고 있고 이러한 열정은 오랜기간, 저의 간호 커리어를 통해 성장해 왔습니다.

Working in the elective surgical ward as a senior nurse, I always need to able to perform critical analyse for patient assessment, clinical utilises learned advanced education and skills in my daily nursing practice.

저는 외과 병동에서 시니어 간호사로 근무를 하면서 항상 비판적 사고로 환자 사정과 중재를 하며, 진보하고 발전적인 교육과 기술을 매일 간호실무에서 수행하여야 합니다.

I care for many patients who have undergoing complex surgeries including neurosurgery, complex bowel surgery, orthopaedic surgery, tetraplegic patients. I achieved proficient level PDRP.

저는 시니어 간호사로 중증도가 큰 뇌수술이나 장수술, 복잡한 정형외과 수술을 하는 환자들과 더불어 사지마비 환자중 수술하고 치료를 받는 분들을 대표적으로 돌보고 있습니다. 또한 ,저는 전문적이고 진보적인 시니어 간호사가 취득할수 있Expert level의 PDRP(Professional Development & Recognition Programme)를 취득하였습니다.

I am a reflective practitioner and role model to others in clinical area.

저는 임상에서 일어나는 일들을 리뷰하고 반영하여 매번 나은 간호실무를 수행하고자 하며, 다른 이들을 지원하는 롤모델로 활동합니다.

I completed Post Graduate Certificate in Health Practice at Ara which enhanced not only my clinical knowledge and assessment skills but also contributed to my ability to critically analyse unwell patients and provide best practice interventions to ensure patient safety and promote wellness progression.

저는 간호학 석사를 취득하였으며 이는 저에게 임상적 지식과 간호기술만이 아니라 중증환자를 돌보는 비판적 사고 능력을 향상 시켰으며, 환자의 안전과 웰빙을 높이기 위한 최선의 간호중재기술을 익히게 해 주었습니다.

I am confident that my critical thinking skills, ongoing further academic study and up skill evidence-based learning will be able to continue providing quality care for the patient best outcomes.

저는 저의 비판적 사고 기술과 지속적인 근거에 기반한 학업이 환자를 위한 최고의 질높은 케어 제공에 기반이 될 수 있다고 믿습니다.
